Constance in the red and Tara Tied in the green are tied up strappado and ballgagged. When Tara blows a big bubble from behind her gag, both girls start laughing. Indy comes in and unties their ankles. They continue to laugh, so he starts tickling them! He removes their ballgags at about 2:30 and continues to tickle them all over using a toothbrush, the inside of an electric razor with the razor removed, and his fingers!
